Welcome to my open door cooking experiences!
In HANDMADE TAGLIATELLE WITH CHEESE AND BUTTER we experience techniques of how to make our pasta by hand and finishing it simplistically the way kids love to eat it - butter and cheese.
But let's face it, even us adults love it this way from time to time ;-).
With the uncertainty this pandemic has brought, and kids summer vacation approaching we need to find ways to keep kids (and adults for that matter) engaged with their lives in creative ways that ensure the safety of their mental and social wellbeing. Gather your kids' friends to join, and try something new and give them all something to talk about!
Gather ingredients, join, and cook along to experience it yourself!
This class is not technically heavy, however it is procedural as we make our pasta. I assure you kids can handle the tasks - as long as parents are with them to help! And I keep the sauce easy so that we can get those noodles dressed and at the table for our hungry little crumb-grabbers ASAP!
Investment : $80 per connection. Which means one internet connection, one fee.
Minimum two connections required for class experience to run.
When : Ongoing Wednesday and Saturday afternoons at 1 - 4 pm EST.
